I Challenge You!!!! Who’s With me?? C’mon, I dare you!

I have a challenge for all of you buddy slimmers!  This challenge is for Tomorrow ( Thursday)

 Bench Press 

I challenge you to go out side your element and put in that extra time on your work out, or what every it is you do! Run one more lap, do ten more crunches or push ups, what ever,  just go that extra mile! Give it all you got, I mean all you got! When you feel you need to stop, just keep on going! I’m talking blood sweat and tears baby………. give it all you got!   

 Treadmill 

I want to hear about your personal challenges!  While I challenge you, it will be a great challenge for myself also!   Oh…….. and while your screaming during your workout, feel free to use my name! Hehe.  Here is a motivational song to get you started! C’mon , what are you waiting for :)

Yay, whoo hoo……  I did it!!!!!  With the help of Bob and Jillian of course!

 They are so awesome! I was dripping sweat and it felt and tasted sooooo good!  I did “The Biggest Loser” ( Cardio Max) with Bob and added Power Sculpt with Jillian. I gave it all I had…….. blood, sweat and tears! I’m feeling muscles in my stomach and bottom that I never knew I had!!!  Thanks everyone for the motivation!!! Yay, whoo hoo…….today is a good day!!!!!

BTW, I want to share this feeling of accomplishment with all of you…….Go the extra mile today, your worth it!!!! :)

    It is so on Diva! I will put on my music and lose my mind tomorrow. I may even wear my leg warmers:).
    I’ll sweat a lil more and go the extra mile. This is a great idea girlfriend. You’re on!!!!!!!!!!

    Ha ha girlie! oooooooooooh I really want to take you up on this challenge, but have to skip the gym today to pick my sister up from the bus station and then provide entertainment until Saturday… BUT on Saturday I’ll run an extra kilometre!!!
