Survived the hurricane…….but still so many who need prayers!
Thank you all for your prayers, they helped out alot! My family and I were very fortunate, the hurricane was not as bad were I live. There was some strong winds and minor damage. It was so incredibly facinating to watch it, although scary at the same time! I’m sure that does not make sense, but I do not know how else to describe it. The results were anything but amazing though. My heart goes out to everyone that is still struggling with the after math of the storm. Most of my neighborhood and a lot of other areas in Louisiana are still without electricity, and that makes it extremely difficult in 90 degree weather! Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. All praise to God. He has a way of calming hurricanes and storms down. What a blessing, that the damage from three years ago has not re-occurred in your home state. I am still praying though because no matter the damage, loss is still loss. I heard a lady testifying on K-love (Radio station) that she lost a lot of her property but she was so thankful to be alive with her children and hubby and nothing else mattered to her. It makes me think how thankful I should always be for seeing another day. For waking up to the morning light with my kids and hub. Life is a blessing in more ways than one.
I am so glad you dig GREASE also. I love the song you posted. Both Olivia and John made wearing tight leather pants and jeans look good and painless!
